I think I had more success than I thought, and it gave me the chance to see things a little more clearly about where I can improve within those successes.

Looking at it this way helps identify foundational strengths that could help move the needle in the future on some of the spots that leaned toward failure.

I realized that I don’t know yet how to describe where the project has landed - and that it’s different for me personally (career) and for the larger initiative.

Having a tool with nuance helps me begin to understand differences between organizational, work unit, and individual tolerance for--and ideas of--failture

I’m grateful a friendship failed, because it allowed me to reflect on my standards for the people I surround myself with and make sure I’m not hurting myself in my attempt to give others love.
